Spring Welcome Weekend

Congratulations on your acceptance and choice to deposit here at Loyola University Maryland! Spring Welcome Weekend is for new student students who have decided to come to Loyola starting in the spring semester. The office of student engagement at Loyola works closely with new students to assist with the transition to Loyola.

If you are transferring to Loyola we understand that you have likely been through an orientation at your former institution, so this program is mainly to ease your transition to Loyola. The program is set up so that you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with other new students, current students, administrators, and faculty.

New students are expected to attend various workshops to assist in their transition to Loyola. When you made your deposit to Loyola, there was an orientation fee included, which fully covers the cost of these programs.
