Our Mission

Loyola University Maryland Office of Title IX and Bias Compliance is committed to creating a culture of respect, support, and accountability within our campus community. We go beyond compliance with federal laws related to sex-based violence, accessibility, and all forms of discrimination to uphold principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. By preventing and effectively addressing any violations of these principles and through collaboration and outreach with the campus community, we strive to ensure that everyone has equal opportunities to thrive academically, professionally, and personally.

Submit a Title IX Report

Anyone who believes they have been a victim of sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, stalking, and sex-based harassment or discrimination is strongly encouraged to report these incidents.

Bias Policy

Every member of the Loyola University community enjoys the same basic rights, including the right to be treated as a respected member of the community, with freedom from discrimination and harassment.

Submit a Bias Report

Students who feel they have been harmed by bias related behaviors, the target of bias, or witnessed bias related behavior, may report the incident online.
