To build a stackable MBA you’ll choose one specialized certificate, and stack it with the general business certificate for a total of two certificates. Once complete, you will stack your certificates with 5 final courses from the MBA Core—earning you multiple credentials in just 39 credits.
- Choose and complete one of the following certificates:
- Data Analytics and Digital Technologies
- Leadership and Management
- Marketing
- Finance
- Complete the General Business Certificate (Required).
- Complete five remaining courses from the MBA Core.
All students will work with a dedicated advisor to select courses and move smoothly through the program.
- Fall Semester: August 1
- Spring Semester: December 1
- Summer Semester: April 1
At the department's discretion, applications will continue to be reviewed after the general deadline on a space-available basis.
Students apply for certificates one at a time. Once both certificates have been successfully completed, students will apply to the Professional’s MBA to complete their 5 remaining courses from the MBA Core. The following should be completed with the online application:
- Online application form; non-refundable fee of $60
- Resume or curriculum vitae
- Essay/personal statement OR virtual interview
- Official transcripts from degree-granting institutions
- One professional letter of recommendation
