  • Satisfactory completion of remaining bachelor’s degree coursework, maintaining the minimum GPA requirements
  • Interview with the admissions committee
  • Successful completion of assigned pre-program math competency as determined by the admissions committee

Students are encouraged to apply for fast track admission to the ELMBA program after completion of junior year. Final transcripts must reflect the criteria stated above.

Required Application Materials and Application steps

  1. Start the online application.
  2. Indicate that you are applying Fast Track and the partner school which you are currently attending on your online application.
  3. Upload your resume.
  4. Enter contact information for your recommender. Your recommendation must be academic recommendation from a professor. Loyola will contact your recommender via email with instructions on how to submit their recommendation.
  5. Submit your completed online application.
  6. Request your official university transcript. We strongly recommend that all applicants have their schools send us official e-transcripts if possible. If your school uses an automated transcript request service, select “Loyola University Maryland” as the receiving institution, and be sure to select “Graduate” or “Graduate Admission” as the receiving office. If your school does not use an automated transcript request service but will still send an official transcript on your behalf via email, have your school send your transcript to graduate@loyola.edu.

Loyola will waive your application fee, essay, and one letter of recommendation. Loyola will then submit your application.

ELMBA Fast Track FAQs

What is the deadline for fast track admission to the ELMBA program?

There is no firm deadline for fast track admission to the Emerging Leaders MBA program. Students are encouraged to apply for fast track admission after the completion of their junior year or during their current senior year. This was the highlight of the program for me, the development of self: understanding what I excelled at, what I needed to work on, as well as really discover what I could see myself doing in the upcoming years.
After college, I wanted to make an impact but I didn't feel like I was progressing--this program gave me a strong business foundation and opened up a lot of opportunities early in my career.
I sought out this program looking for increased opportunities, and the ELMBA program has already exceeded my expectations.
