Abstract Submission

Submission Deadline

• Abstract submissions are to be submitted using the online link and are due by April 15, 2024.

Acceptance Notification

• Presenters will be notified via email by May 1, 2024, of their submission status.

Presenter Guidelines

• You do not have to be a member to submit an abstract for oral presentations, but the presenter must be registered for the meeting.
• Oral presentations should be designed for 20 minutes including Q & A.
• Presenters should bring talks on a flash drive to upload on to Windows based computer.
