Make an Appointment

Students are able to make an appointment with the Dean or Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Studies by contacting 410-617-5547 or odugs@loyola.edu. 

There are several options for appointment types, the descriptions of which are listed below: 

In-Person Meeting: 

You may stop by Maryland Hall 145, call 410-617-5547 or e-mail odugs@loyola.edu to schedule a meeting with Dr. Mudric, Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Studies (first year students and sophomores) or Michael Puma, Dean of Undergraduate Studies (all other undergraduate students). Choose this option to meet in person with Dr. Mudric (first year students and sophomores) or Michael Puma (all other undergraduate students) about issues related to course work, options related to a leave of absence, honor code violations, or other difficult conversations that cannot be addressed by your Advisor, Department Chair, or AASC.

Virtual consult:

You may stop by Maryland Hall 145, call 410-617-5547 or e-mail odugs@loyola.edu to schedule a virtual meeting with Dr. Mudric (first year students and sophomores) or Michael Puma (all other undergraduate students).   Choose this option to talk via Zoom with Dr. Mudric (first year students and sophomores) or Michael Puma (all other undergraduate students) about issues related to course work, options related to a leave of absence, honor code violations, or other difficult conversations that cannot be addressed by your Advisor, Department Chair, or AASC.
