Beach Volleyball
The Department of Recreational Sports will serve as the event organizer for all volleyball
events. They will also bring "lawn games" for those who might not be interested in
playing volleyball and determine whether or not to move volleyball indoors depending
on the weather conditions. Volleyball will be held on:
• Tuesday, July 12, 4:00pm
• Thursday, July 21, 4:00pm
• Tuesday, July 26, 4:00pm
• Thursday, Aug 4, 4:00pm
• Tuesday, Aug 9 , 4:00pm
While RSVPs are not required, we would request that you contact Bryan Haunert, Director
of Recreational Sports at bthaunert@loyola.edu if you know in advance that you plan
on attending.
Lunch Series
While RSVPs are not required, we would request that you contact the event organizers
if you know in advance that you plan on attending. When you arrive to Belvedere Square
or Boulder, look for the event organizers. They will scout out a location for us
to eat together. Meeting times for lunch will be 12:00 pm, the dates and event organizers
are as follows:
• Friday, July 15 – Belvedere Square – Colleen Campbell & Kate Figiel
• Wednesday, July 20 – Boulder –Andrea Hoffman & Colleen Campbell
• Friday, July 29 – Belvedere Square – Kathleen Bruns & Sinclair Preston Ceasar

Belvedere Square Summer Sounds
The division will attend the August 5th concert starting at 6pm. While RSVPs are
not required, we would request that you contact Charmaigne Harris at cdharris@loyola.edu
if you know in advance that plan on attending.
In addition to the events above, our friends in CCSJ and Campus Ministry are also
sponsoring the following events.
Farmers Market
The Govanstowne Farmers Market is open for business every Wednesday this summer from 3-7pm on York Road. This would be another thing to do with colleagues.
Fair Trade Coffee
CCSJ and Campus Ministry will co-sponsor Fair Trade Coffee on Friday mornings from 10-12pm beginning on July 15th. Bring your own mug/coffee cup and stay for fellowship and conversation.
