Please follow the directions on the links below, and contact Shaela Rivers at drivers1@loyola.edu with any questions. Registration for afternoon/night classes opens the day of at 9:00am. Registration for the morning classes opens at 12:00pm the day before.

Fitness Class Descriptions
Barre Burn
Using the spin bike as a ballet barre with a variety of other props, this full body workout is designed to help you develop a strong core, toned arms, and firmer seat and thighs. Barre combines elements of Ballet, Fitness, and Pilates to create a challenging and fun way to sculpt your body, improve posture, and find balance.
Cycle, Core, & Arms
The spinning workout that maximizes cardio, strength building and toning to fun music and a great instructor! This class is the perfect combination with approximately 30 minutes of indoor cycling with some arms and abs toning at the end, using light weights!
Find your Flow: Beginner
The workout that builds flexibility and strength. Maintaining awareness and the focus on breath, you will move through traditional and contemporary yoga poses to stretch your body and calm your mind.
Groove Ride
The fiercely fun 45-minute spinning workout you didn't know you needed. Groove Ride brings you the best mix of music to get you cycling and sweating harder than you ever thought you could! Beat-driven movements will have you leaving the gym transformed, all while building endurance and cardiovascular strength. Please arrive early to set up your bike!
Hit the Barre
This is an hour long class focusing on toning different muscle groups. Through small movements we use weights, bands, balls, and gliders to enhance our reps. The class starts with two warm up songs, then a leg series, moving on to arms, glutes, finishing with abs, and ending with a nice long cool down to stretch everything back out.
Lift
This is a choreographed strength training class that will challenge all the major muscle groups. Lift utilizes a barbell, step, plates, and dumbbells to strengthen and tone the entire body. High repetition and high energy make Lift both an effective and enjoyable class.
MJ Bootcamp
This hour long class will be divided into 30 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of barre. This workout will combine both cardio and strength training. Come join Molly and Julia to push your limits and enjoy good playlists! We hope to see you there!
Move with Maddie
A 45 minute spin class working legs, core, and arms. This class uses sprints, hills, and jogs. Please arrive early to set up your bike and bring water.
Peaceful Power Hour
The workout that builds flexibility and strength. Maintaining awareness and the focus on breath, you will move through traditional and contemporary yoga poses to stretch your body and calm your mind.
Raise the Barre
All are welcome to this full-body toning and strengthening class! In this workout we will target arms, legs, and core through isolated, controlled movements. Come challenge yourself through this hour-long workout using yoga mats, dumbbells, bands, and steppers. Hope to see you there!
Rhythm Ride
This class takes you through a 45-minute spin workout. Throughout your ride you will go through jogs, hills, sprints, and recovery. Every class has one arms song to tone up your biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Each song will bring a new challenge along with fun choreography. Ultimately, this class is up to you. You can sit in the saddle or join in with the choreography. Rhythm Ripped is your opportunity to get your sweat on while riding to your favorite EDM, pop, and rap songs.
Surrender Yoga
The workout that builds flexibility and strength. Maintaining awareness and the focus on breath, you will move through traditional and contemporary yoga poses to stretch your body and calm your mind.
Yoga Flow and Sculpt

Yoga Stretch
This class focuses on flexibility and is perfect for anyone wanting to try yoga for the first time. Yoga Stretch will allow you to explore various ranges of flexibility according to your own body and needs. Yoga Stretch is great for anyone that would like to work on flexibility through breathing and relaxation.
Zen in Motion
The workout that builds flexibility and strength. Maintaining awareness and the focus on breath, you will move through traditional and contemporary yoga poses to stretch your body and calm your mind.
