On-Campus LGBTQ+ Resources

  • Campus Ministryprovides opportunities for LGBTQ+ students to explore their faith and spirituality while offering LGBTQ-centered resources across a multitude of faith traditions. Campus Ministry collaborates with LGBTQ+ Student Services and The Counseling Center in bringing students each year to the IgnatianQ Conference.
  • The Counseling Center – offers identity-affirming services by experienced professionals who can help students explore many different concerns with a range of in-person and telehealth services to meet their mental health needs.
  • In, Out, and In-Between Group – a group for LGBTQPIA+ students of all backgrounds to confidentially discuss and explore aspects of gender identity and sexual orientation in a safe space.
  • The LGBTQ+ Experience – a student-run organization which uses its platform to amplify the voices of LGBTQ+ students on campus through advocacy, activism, and education.
  • The Pride Resource Room – provides safe, social space, open to all students with an open and inclusive view of a/sexuality and a/gender diversity. The PRR is location on the third floor of the Andrew White Student Center. 
  • Spectrum – an all-inclusive group for LGBTQ+ students and their allies, offering social gatherings and outreach services and programming throughout the academic year.
  • Student Health Services – Loyola’s student health center, which supports the education and development of students by promoting their optimal health and well-being. They provide evidenced-based care of acute illness/injuries and to provide both active health promotion and disease prevention services for students.
  • Office Title IX Bias & Compliance - supports LGBTQ+ students who have experience sexual violence, sexual harassment, and/or additional gender-based misconduct while connecting students to additional on and off campus resources.
