ALANA (African, Latinx, Asian, Native American) Services is committed to providing
holistic support to students from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to
BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, first-generation college, and interfaith identities. We strive to
cultivate an inclusive community through intentional programming and outreach that
promotes an environment valuing belonging, diversity, equity, respect, inclusion,
and access.
Furthermore, we aim to address systemic barriers and challenges that impact student
success through advocacy and empowerment of historically marginalized groups, and
ensuring each student who engages with ALANA graduates from and thrives at Loyola
and beyond.
