Melissa Ross

Melissa Ross has held senior leadership roles in healthcare analytics and technology companies over the last two decades.  Most recently, she spent over 10 years at MedeAnalytics, the largest pure-play healthcare analytics and big data firm.  During her career there, she helped the company grow in revenue by more than 10x.     In her most recent position, she led the delivery team that deployed web-based analytics solutions to hospitals and health plans.  Under her leadership, the team improved delivery timelines by over 33%.  While at MedeAnalytics, Melissa was involved in leading almost every aspect of growth and scale, including VP level positions in operations, engineering, sales strategy, and business development.  She also managed the due diligence process for the company’s sole acquisition.   

Melissa graduated from Loyola University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science.  She also received her MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California in 2014.  

In January, 2017, Melissa joined the Keiretsu Forum, the world’s largest Angel investor group.  She is also now helping to launch a new business venture – Bishop Ranch Innovation Intelligence Accelerator (BRIIA). BRIIA will be the San Francisco Bay Area’s first data accelerator and collaboration community dedicated to data science.  BRIIA will give early stage entrepreneurs the resources to start and grow companies that are fueled by machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing. 

In 2018, Melissa joined VisiQuate as EVP, Chief Operating Officer.  VisiQuate, Inc. develops solutions for simplifying enterprise information assets.
