The Master of Theological Studies program is committed to helping academically qualified students access a rigorous theological education while at Loyola University Maryland. To that end, funding is available to students in several different formats, depending on their academic credentials, vocational aims, and need.
Several fellowships are available to full and part time students. In order to qualify for this aid, please complete an application for the MTS by the preferred application date. Fellowships will be awarded to students who have a complete application and demonstrate academic excellence.
The office of financial aid administers several types of financial assistance for graduate students. Loan assistance is available through the federal government and private lenders. Please visit the financial aid website for more information.
Loyola University of Maryland also offers graduate students a variety of graduate assistantships opportunities, many of which include generous stipends and tuition remission. More information about Loyola's graduate assistantships is available online.
