Loyola’s new strategic plan, Together We Rise, calls for the institution to engage in operational and digital transformation. We have exciting, new initiatives we want to pursue and recognize that to do so, we must look to solidify our operational footing, so we have the resources, time, and people to execute our strategic goals.
We also recognize that the business of higher education is changing and so we need to take a careful look at our operational model and ensure we are poised to be as effective and competitive as possible.
We owe it to our future students, faculty, staff, and administrators, to ensure that Loyola remains a strong and financially resilient institution so we can continue to deliver on our mission to “inspire students to learn, lead, and serve in a diverse and changing world.”
