Reception includes a dinner buffet, plenty of activities for the children (moon bounce, face painting and crafts) and admission to the game. We are again asking each participant to bring canned/nonperishable food items that will be donated to members of the Baltimore community in need.

Education faculty and staff will give an overview of the Master of Arts in Teaching Program (MAT) and M.Ed. in Special Education as well as provide details on the curriculum, admission requirements and tips on financing a graduate education.

Open to all alumni to register. There will be Casino-style fun in McGuire Hall and Mood Swings will be playing in Reitz Arena. Door prizes will be given away. Early single ticket $35; Regular ticket $45. Early table $300; Regular table $450.

Last Sunday at Beans and BreadService

On the last Sunday of every month, Loyola students, faculty, staff, administration and their families can be found together in the kitchen of Beans & Bread preparing the meal for the day. It is a time of unity for the Loyola community and a chance to get to know other people on campus with the same interests, as well as people from the Baltimore community. Each last Sunday, the Loyola community takes full responsibility for funding, staffing and operating Beans & Bread Meal Program. If not for the Loyola community, Beans & Bread could not afford to be open on that Sunday.

Part of the 2009 Humanities Symposium, themed "Communing with Food." The film, Eat, Drink, Man, Woman, is directed by Ang Lee, 1994. Selected episodes from The Meaning of Food will also be shown (Executive Producer Sue McLaughlin, 2005).
