Spring Semester Hours - 2009

(Exceptions to the hours shown below are that the TSC will close at 5:00pm during the week beginning January 5.)

The Technology Service Center (TSC) is available during the hours shown below. Telephone support is available by calling 410-617-5555. Walk-in support is located in Knott Hall 002 on the Evergreen Campus and at the front desks at the Timonium and Columbia campuses. Classroom support for faculty will be available during all scheduled class times by calling the telephone number posted in each classroom.

The TSC is the gateway to all services and support provided by Loyola's Technology Services Group. It provides technical assistance to all members of the Loyola College community. All problems related to technology, including requests for the repair of Loyola-owned hardware, software, telephones, network connectivity and cable TV must be reported to the TSC so that the problem can be tracked and a repair technician dispatched.

The TSC also provides other services which are unrelated to technical problems such as taking reservations for audiovisual equipment, laptop computers and computer labs. When it relates to technology at Loyola, the TSC provides “one stop shopping!”
