Recruitment at Loyola University
The On-Campus Recruitment Program provides the opportunity for employers to interview highly-qualified students and recent graduates on Loyola College's Main campus. The Career Center will schedule, arrange and inform the students and faculty of your campus visit. This program is one of a variety of programs and services that is offered by The Center. We are using Hounds4Hire, a web-based system for posting jobs and internships as well as campus interview signups. Once your company/organization information and job/internship specifications are received, students can view your company and position information on our site and respond accordingly. On-Campus interviews are conducted from October through April. The Career Center will publicize your career opportunity, electronically forward students' resumes, and coordinate campus interview schedules and presentations. A typical on-campus interview schedule begins at 9:00 am and ends at 4:30 pm. A standard interview schedule accomodates 12 thirty minute interviews with 60 minutes for lunch and two fifteen-minute breaks. However, we can arrange your interview schedule to fit your needs. If you wish to arrange a group presentation and provide students with specific information about your company/industry, career opportunities and corporate culture, the Career Center will schedule an information session for you. A typical information sessions lasts for one hour and include a presentation, a question and answer period and an informal reception where students can meet with some professionals from your organization.
