Students who enter the MBA program with a recent bachelor's degree in business administration or related field may be eligible for advanced standing. Depending on academic background, certain individuals may earn their degree after completing as few as 12courses (36 credits). Many individuals enrolling at Loyola within five years of completing the Bachelor of Business Administration, or a related degree, qualify to have all or part of the introductory Core waived. Some courses taken outside the five-year timeframe may also be considered for advanced standing. The MBA is comprised of Core and Advanced-level courses, thereby allowing for a program of study that can be tailored to your individual circumstances. Advisors from The Graduate Business Programs Office are available for consultation to help you determine if you are eligible for the MBA Fast-Track Option or a partial waiver of the introductory Core.
