Mentoring Program

The Sellinger Board of Sponsors Mentoring Program was established to give ELMBA students a chance to partner with leading executives in their preferred industry areas in order to develop mutually beneficial mentoring partnerships.

The program allows students to develop business acumen, refine professional interviewing and networking skills, and to expand industry knowledge. It also gives Board members the opportunity to give back to the Sellinger community by giving advice, lending insight, and fostering overall professional development for students. Students who want to become leaders early on gain exposure to real business environments and executives who are looking to be re-inspired in their careers do so by sharing their time, talents, passions, and experience with students.
