Group Exercise

Group Exercise is not just "aerobics" anymore.  The goal of the Group "X" program is to offer fun and diverse programs to aid all of your fitness needs.  We strive to offer a variety of classes, ranging from mind-body to high intensity traditional classes.  All classes are free and offered in one of our two group exercise studios. 

New Sunday Night Group Cycle Class

7pm-8pm Studio 207 w/ Stephany!

Class begins Sunday, March 14th

New Level 1 Mat Pilates Class

Mondays 6:30-7:30pm & Wednesdays 8am-9am w/ Jackie!

Class begins Monday, March 22nd

SPRING 2010 SCHEDULE

Schedule Starts Tuesday, January 19th

Schedule Ends Friday, April 30th

There will be NO Group X classes on the following dates:

February 28th- March 7th

March 31st - April 5th

April 23rd (afternoon only; AM class will still take place)
