This form may be used to book the Auditorium, Gallery or Level 1 Seminar Room for special event usage. We define a special event as something that is unaffiliated with a credit-bearing class at Loyola University or College of Notre Dame of Maryland. Examples include committee meetings, receptions, panel discussions and film screenings sponsored by an academic or administrative department at one of the colleges. In addition, official student groups and resident assistants may use this form to request use of the Auditorium for special events.

If you would like to request the Auditorium or Seminar Room for academic purposes (defined as anything affliated with a credit-bearing class at one of the colleges) please submit our Academic Use Form.

If you would like to request use of the instructional labs, please complete the Request for Instruction Form. All requests for special event usage of the Instructional Labs must first be approved by the Research & Instruction Services Department.
