Costs for the Program (2014 Sessions)
- Student orientation fee: $120 per student (includes programming, meals, lodging, and materials)
- Parents and family fee if staying overnight: $120 per person (includes lodging, programming, meals, and materials)
- Parents and family meals and sessions only: $70 per person (includes programming, meals, and materials only)
Parents and families may choose to stay at home or in nearby hotels. You must register all family members and/or guests planning to attend orientation sessions and/or meals.

All students are required to stay on campus during the orientation program. In recent years, most parents and family members attending orientation have stayed on campus as well. If your parents and/or family members choose to stay off campus, we have compiled a list of hotels in the area. Those staying on campus will be housed in air-conditioned residence halls.
Students will be placed into rooms with other members of the Class of 2017. Parents and other family members will be staying nearby in another building. In some cases parents will share an apartment with another person/couple. Private bathrooms and sleeping areas are provided for each family, with a common living room and kitchen. All linens and towels are provided for each guest.
