Do you know a graduate of Loyola’s Reading Specialist master’s program who deserves special recognition for his or her contributions to education? Nominate that exceptional alum to receive Loyola’s fifth annual Literacy Leader Award.
A Literacy Leader:
- Promotes literacy within the school, local, state, or national community.
- Demonstrates accomplished practice and innovation in the area of literacy teaching and learning.
- Enhances the literacy development of all students.
- Models lifelong learning as a member of the professional literacy learning community.
- Exhibits principled leadership within the school and/or community.
