Ideal Candidate Requirements
The program seeks high-achieving graduates immediately out of school or those with limited professional experience - but a keen awareness of the kind of leader they want to become - who have excelled in their undergraduate coursework and have displayed an exceptional drive for success and community involvement.
They are recent graduates who, by all traditional measures, are too young and inexperienced, but in reality, are very ready. They make up for their lack of experience with an imbedded capacity to see the world as it could be, to take the long view and to ask questions that change the way we look at issues, people, and business conventions.
As a graduate of the Emerging Leaders program, you will have the requisite skills to accelerate your career bringing increased business knowledge and leadership aptitude to all that you do. Your MBA and the overall experience gained through the ELMBA will provide the strongest foundation possible for your continued success.

A TOEFL score report is required only if English is not your native language or if you have not completed a degree program taught in English. An official TOEFL score report cannot be more than two years old. Official scores must be mailed directly from the Educational Testing Service. Loyola's institution code is 5370.
