LCPC Information Session
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors or LCPC's are individuals who may provide services involving the application of counseling principles and methods in the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and improvement of psychological problems, emotional or mental conditions of individuals or groups. LCPC's are employed in a variety of work settings including private practice, community mental health programs, psychiatric programs, school settings, hospitals, employee assistance programs and community colleges. Because licensure broadens the scope of practice for professional counselors, LCPC's have many career options. Join us on March 2nd to meet with Dr. Parente, Director of the Masters Plus and learn more about: Educational Requirements, Curriculum, Clinical Counseling Experience and Supervision, and the Application Process. Our discussion will include the Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. We will review the educational and examination requirements and how Loyola College can meet those needs. Master's Degree is required for admission.
