Personal Training

Our nationally certified personal trainers can develop an exercise program specifically for you! Personal trainers will tailor a program to your specific needs & match the training to activities you like. From the novice to the elite athlete, we have the knowledge and skill to work with you to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.

Take the first step to training with a personal trainer! One of our staff will contact you within 24 hours to provide more information or schedule your fitness assessment.

All training packages come with a complimentary fitness assessment:

Silver
$200

Four personal training sessions
Partner $120/per person

 Gold $320

Eight personal training sessions
Partner $180/per person

Platinum
$590

Sixteen personal training sessions
Partner $320/per person

Personal Training A La Carte

Fitness Consultation - 1 hour, $20
Personal Training - 1 hour, $60
Personal Training - 30 min, $34

Peer to Peer Personal Training

Certified student trainers will take you through various fitness exercises per your physical capabilities.

Students can get a 20% discount off any training package when you sign up with one of our student trainers!
