Alumni and former students, with WebAdvisor accounts, can request transcripts via the Web. Using WebAdvisor provides a secure system that allows for identification and authentication that you are the source of the electronic request/consent. Please follow the instructions below to use this method for requesting a transcript.

If you do not have a valid WebAdvisor username and password, or you receive an error message during login, contact the Student Technology Center (410-617-5555) to request access to or assistance with WebAdvisor.

WebAdvisor requests are checked once every business morning on the days that the University is open. When the University is closed, requests will be checked on the next business day that administrative offices are open.

WebAdvisor requests are printed every business morning and processed within 5 business days of the time that they were printed.

To make arrangements for rush orders or for immediate assistance, contact the Records Office, 410-617-2682 or 5032 or 2482.
Instructions

Go to WebAdvisor and login.

Click Students at the Welcome page.

Click Request a Paper Transcript under Academic Profile.

Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Submit.

Select a transcript delivery method, then click Submit.

Complete the request form, then click Submit.

When the confirmation screen appears, click OK to exit.

To check the status of your request, click Status of Paper Transcript under Academic Profile.
Please note:

Upon receipt of an official transcript, do not open the envelope as this will render the transcript unofficial, and the recipient may require you to provide another copy.

If you wish to see your transcript, be sure to request an unofficial copy for your review.

For unofficial transcripts, please include the complete mailing address.
