Transcripts
Students are eligible to receive transcripts if they have settled all financial obligations with the University. Students must also return all equipment and supplies borrowed from the University, such as library books, athletic equipment, etc., and current undergraduate students must have their immunization records on file in Student Health and Education Services.
Transcripts should be requested in advance of the date desired and allow for processing time and possible mail delay.
Telephone and fax requests for transcripts are not accepted.
Loyola University Maryland will not assume responsibility for transcripts which cannot be processed in a timely manner due to a student's indebtedness to the University.
