The office of web communications was created to provide the Loyola community leadership, guidance, and assistance in using the web for internal and external communication while working to bring unity and cohesion to the existing site. To kick off a project with the web communications team, fill out the MarComm Request form.

Need some tips on best Web practices, inspiration, or did you lose your Sitecore training document? Visit the Content Owners Network!
If you need to email an extremely large group of people on campus (such as all faculty), contact Kim Hall at email@example.com. She will review your message, determine the most appropriate channel, and set you up with permisions to send to a distribution list if necessary.

Are you sending an email to an external audience? Loyola uses software and templates to make sure that your message reaches the intended audience and the office of web communications is here to help you with that. Submit a Project Request Form for assistance with creating and sending a mass email.

The NewsHound is Loyola's e-digest of campus news and events and is accessible via the homepage on Inside Loyola. Submit a notice to the NewsHound.
Photos of the Week
Loyola's Photos of the Week are images featured on Inside Loyola and Loyola's Tumblr and Facebook pages sent in from students and staff from around campus and abroad. To submit your own photos, tag your tweets and Instagram photos with the hashtag, #LoyolaPOTW, or email the images to firstname.lastname@example.org. The office of web communications selects the images to be featured.
Upcoming Events Calendar
Need to promote your event to the campus and local community? Submit your event information via the events submission form. Be sure to submit the following information:
- Type of event (i.e., lecture, conference, workshop, seminar)
- Title of event
- Date / start and end time / location
- Fee, if any
- Name and title of speaker(s), if applicable
- Brief description of the event
- Contact information
