Phyllis Grupp has been the office manager in the psychology department since June 1989. When she first came to Loyola, there were only a dozen or so faculty members in the department. Thus, she has witnessed a lot of changes and witnessed the department grow tremendously over the years.

Nina has been the receptionist in the front office of the psychology department since April 1998. She loves working at Loyola, especially in psychology. The often-described "Mom" of the department, she always has a warm smile and jar full of candy and tray full of cookies waiting at her desk for students to enjoy.

Casey Hofmann became the administrative assistant of the psychology department in January 2007. She feels that what really sets this department apart from other schools are the great faculty members and students that she gets to work with on a day-to-day basis. "I am very glad I chose to come to Loyola, joining such a remarkable team of people."
