Dance Company Performance
From jazz, lyrical, tap and ballet to modern, hip hop, pointe, musical theater and Irish step, Loyola's Dance Company includes students with talents and interests in each of these styles. Once a year, the troupe puts on a popular performance showcasing each of its members in newly choreographed pieces.
The well-attended performances help raise much-needed funds to pay for costumes as well as practice and performance spaces for the student-run organization. Think you've got what it takes to take to the stage yourself? Look into the Dance Company. There are no cuts—students audition in the fall, but only for placement in beginner, intermediate or advanced classes. Everyone gets to participate and perform.
