| 1.18 Keys and Access Cards Employees may be issued College keys and/or access cards in the course of their employment. It is the responsibility of employees to safeguard the keys and access cards issued to them. The duplication of keys and/or access cards is prohibited. If a job requires an employee to have keys and/or access cards, he/she will be asked to sign for them by the key control manager or department head. If an employee transfers to another department or separates from the College, he/she will be required to return the keys and/or access cards. Back to Table of Contents |
