| 1.35 Employee Personnel Files The Human Resources Department maintains the official personnel files, which contain all material relevant to employment, and are the sole official repository of such materials. Employee records are College property. Employees wishing to review the contents of their personnel files may do so by contacting the Director of Recruitment and Employment and scheduling an appointment. The Director or authorized designee will accompany the employee during the file review and may or may not approve of any requests to make copies of any documents contained within the personnel file. The Human Resources Office staff follows a records retention/destruction schedule for employee personnel files. Back to Table of Contents |
