Fall 2010 Course Override Request

The Course Override Request form must be submitted as an attachment to aasc@loyola.edu before September 10 2010. Course overrides are reviewed by the department chair. The form will not be processed if there is a time conflict. You will be notified by an administrator in AASC if approved or denied.

Spring 2010- Withdrawal Date

March 26, 5:00 PM is the last day to withdraw from a Fall course with a grade of "W".  Students must have the signatures of their professor, faculty advisor, administrator from the Office of Academic Affairs for Varsity Athletics (for varsity athletes), an administrator from the Academic Advising and Support Center.  No exceptions or extensions can be granted.

Fall 2010 Last day to Drop/Add

September 10, 5:00PM is the last day for undergraduate students to add/drop Fall 2010 courses.

Continuing full time students may use any computer with Web Advisor internet access to add and drop courses.

In-person dropping and adding courses is available to all students at Academic Advising and Support Center (MH 043).
