History

Loyola established the School of Business and Management in 1980. In 1984, the business school was formally named The Joseph A. Sellinger, S.J. School of Business and Management. In 1988, the Sellinger School earned accreditation in all programs by AACSB and in 1990, the Accounting Department earned specialized national accreditation from AACSB. Loyola continues today as the only private institution in the state of Maryland with both a nationally and internationally accredited business school.


Campuses

Loyola University Maryland's Sellinger School of Business and Management maintains three campuses in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. The main Evergreen campus is a traditional collegiate campus in northern Baltimore City, primarily housing the University‚Äôs undergraduate programs. The Sellinger Dean's Office and Department Offices are located on this campus on North Charles Street. The two graduate centers in Timonium and Columbia are home to graduate programs and boast convenient access for working professionals. The Timonium Graduate Center is home to the Professional's MBA, Master of Science in Finance, and Executive MBA programs and the graduate business administrative offices. The Columbia Graduate Center is home to the Professional's MBA, Master of Science in Finance, Emerging Leaders MBA, Cyber Security Certificate, and Leadership Essentials programs. All three locations are modern and technologically sophisticated with ample meeting and work space for graduate students. The Career Center also has offices at all three locations.
